This project for the British School in Tokyo includes the creation of two new floors, first and second floor and the alteration from third to the fifth floor.
We have completely remodelled the entrance sequence of the school by turning the concrete entrance roof into a light glass canopy. Furthermore, the creation of a large atrium and the renovation of the facade creates a bright reception space which opens widely to the campus and the Hitomi Memorial Auditorium.
From the Atrium, a brand new stair links the reception to the new school library and the second-floor new classrooms with colourful curved walls.
